I love running. It keeps me sane and provides all sorts of benefits, but it is the first thing to go when I have to take something off my list in order to get life done. Unless I have a plan.
Ironically, at a marathon expo I saw a shirt that says, "Someday I'll run a marathon. Today is not that day."
